Planning your stay - FAQ

For cars, we have free parking in front of reception that cannot be reserved and therefore subject to availability, and paid parking in which you can reserve a space with your stay. For bicycles, we have a covered space equipped with a rack, and a closed room in which we can park bicycles. For motorcycles, we have a covered space.

Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than a week. An extra or daily cleaning with or without linen change can be booked with your stay.

Yes, linen is provided, the beds are made, and you will find a bottle of shower gel in the bathroom.

Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric hob and kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils.

On reservation, we can provide 1 folding bed and a rocker in your room. In the dining room, for breakfast, high chairs are available.

We have 3 rooms on the ground floor equipped to PRM standards; Please announce any specific needs when making your reservation.

The residence is located at a 5/10 minutes walk from Place des Terreaux / Hôtel de Ville, 20 minutes walk from Place Bellecour and the St Jean district. Croix-Paquet metro station is 200 m away, Hôtel de Ville and Croix-Rousse stations are 500 m away.

There is no restaurant at the residence, but on the other side of the garden is Maison Villemanzy (Toque Blanche lyonnaise) which is therefore just a few steps away.

Yes, every morning from 7:30 am to 9:30 am we offer a cold breakfast buffet for € 11 in our restaurant area. Breakfast must be reserved with your stay or at the latest the night before at reception.

Yes, pets are welcome, you can make their reservation with your stay. We just ask that they be kept on a leash or transported in a cage in the common areas.

You can book your breakfast, your parking, a cleaning option, city cards, stay for your pet. Please request any other services you may need in "Your information" in the "Special requests" field.

The conditions of sale depend on the rate you choose; when you make your reservation by rate the conditions are clearly specified and you can always contact us for any clarification.

When your reservation is effective, you will receive a confirmation email in which you can check in online. However, if your reservation is guaranteed by a payment card, your reservation will be maintained until the day of your arrival, and it will also be possible to check in at reception upon your arrival.

The reception area is at the end of the alley in the Villemanzy garden; you can access it by car via the "accès pompiers". You can find an access map in the "Contact/Access page" section.

You can arrive at your convenience; if you arrive before 4 p.m., we cannot guarantee that your accommodation is ready, but you can leave your luggage. In case of a late arrival, it is preferable to inform us, if the garden gate is closed, an intercom allows you to notify our night receptionist of your arrival.

If you want to use the kitchen, consider bringing a sponge or cloth, a tea towel or two. We provide tablets for the dishwasher.

There are mini markets nearby as well as the Croix-Rousse market on the boulevard every morning except Mondays. A bakery at 400m.

The application of the vaccination pass has been suspended, so it will no longer be necessary to present it on arrival, and wearing a mask will no longer be mandatory to access all common areas (reception, buffet, meeting rooms, etc.). This relaxation of the sanitary protocol concerns our clients as well as our employees.
